The Johnny Wagtail Inn here at Wagtail Country Park greets you with a warm and friendly welcome.

You will find a good selection of bottled beers, wines and spirits along with soft drinks and snacks.

The Johnny Wagtail opened its doors in 2021 and has become a firm favourite with our customers.

We are dog friendly at the bar – inside and out. 

After a day out and about, or after a spot of fishing on our lakes, you can enjoy a drink and socialise with family and friends.

We have a full range of artists coming to park on Saturday evenings from March 2023 ➡

From outstanding vocalists to guitarists and saxophonists, and from reggae to rock and roll – we have it all!

The Kingfisher Café 

Our catering pod is open from Wednesday through to Sunday for breakfast and brunch from 9am – 11.30am, and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30pm – 9pm.

All cooked fresh to order and therefore waiting times do vary.
