Wagtail Country Park is a family-run Caravan and Motorhome Park with fishing lakes and is open all year

We are a Touring Caravan and Motorhome Country Park that offers something for everyone:

· Situated in the peaceful and tranquil Lincolnshire countryside, with breath-taking scenic views and amazing sunsets.

· You will see an abundance of wildlife including Ducks, Moorhens, Coots, Swans and a variety of bird species like Wagtail, Robins, Blue Tits, and Owls. On occasion, Woodpeckers and Kingfishers can be spotted around the lakes, and you can often see Deer and Hare in the local fields.

· The Park has been awarded a David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation and we hope to continue developing in that direction.

· A truly dog friendly park, with pleasant dog walks, dog waste bins, and a dog friendly pub!

· We have three well-stocked fishing lakes; a large lake for our keen touring anglers and two small lakes for the exclusive use of the lodge owners – with a plentiful stock of Rudd, Perch, Tench, Roach, Carp, Koi Carp and more.

· We are perfectly positioned if you are looking for somewhere convenient to the A1 for Lincoln, Leicester or Nottingham.

· There are some truly beautiful places to visit within the local area. Belton House and Belvoir Castle are both within a short drive, together with the Cathedral City of Lincoln, and the historic towns of Grantham and Newark. Late arrivals happily catered for; just give us a tinkle on 07814 481088 if you are to arrive after 5pm (or 4pm in winter), so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note, we do not accept bookings at the barrier outside of usual business hours. You must pre-book a pitch.

Facilities

Here at Wagtail Country Park, we have modern amenities which include:

Two luxury, centrally-heated utility blocks; one with showers and the other with wet rooms.
Free hot showers
A laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer
Two pot wash areas.

Excellent TV Reception

There is a wildlife walk around the perimeter of the park, ideal for an evening stroll.

If you wish to walk further afield, there are circular walks to the nearby village of Marston, Foston & Hougham – Details available in reception also see:

Caravan Storage

Our fully secure caravan storage facilities have been awarded a CaSSOA silver award for insurance purposes.
Your stored caravan can be sited onto a pitch at your request or made available for collection.
Cost for storage is £390 for a single axle, £410 for a twin axle & £430 for 8m wide caravans.
