Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm (4pm during low season)

Sunday 9am – 4pm

Rest assured, there is a process in place for those who have pre-booked and are arriving after reception has closed. Just give us a call and we will happily discuss this with you.

Please note, we DO NOT accept bookings at the barrier outside of usual business hours. You must pre-book a pitch.

How to find us:

We are 1.5 miles off the A1 and situated 6 miles from Grantham, 12 miles from Newark Notts, 25 miles from Nottingham and 32 miles from Lincoln.

Approaching from the North:

From the A1 North, turn left at the Esso Garage when you see the signpost for Marston and Barkston onto Tollbar Road.
Continue down Toll Bar Road and take a right following the signpost for Barkston and Wagtail Country Park onto Green Lane.
Continue down Green Lane take a right onto Cliff Lane following the signpost for ‘Wagtail Country Park’.
Continue down Cliff Lane to the end and around the slight bend and we are on the left after Lakeside Retreats (formerly Wagtail Fisheries).

Approaching from the South:

After Grantham, you pass a large department store called ‘Downtown’
Once you have passed this, continue on the AI and follow the signpost from Marston and Barkston which is a right turn at the Esso Garage taking you onto Toll Bar Road.
Continue down Toll Bar Road then take a right following the signpost for Barkston and Wagtail Country Park taking you onto Green Lane.
Continue down Green Lane then take a right onto Cliff Lane following the signpost for ‘Wagtail Country Park’.
Continue down Cliff Lane to the end and around the slight bend and we are on the left after Lakeside Retreats.

Approaching from the South AND AVOIDING CROSSING the A1:

Continue after the signpost for Marston and Barkston and carry on, taking the slip road for Long Bennington.
Cross over the flyover and approach the site from the North following directions above from the North.

Caravan Storage

Our fully secure caravan storage facilities have been awarded a CaSSOA silver award for insurance purposes.
Your stored caravan can be sited onto a pitch at your request or made available for collection.
Cost for storage is £390 for a single axle & £410 for Twin axle & 8M Wide caravan £430.00
